“M & S Realtors” has originated from the stable of people who has unblemished and proven love for real estate and its development. In contrast to the general perception of development being anti-environment, the promoters have a vision whereby they plan to convert the barren hilly tract into a beautiful tree laden orchard.

The execution of this vision has resulted in the creation of a beautifully conceived bungalow project on the hill top of Nevre. The project is spread in more than 45 acres. Oceanic Valley, as the name suggests, has been derived out of beautiful Ocean view and equally magnificent Valley view from the site.
